* Each bedroom features a vintage ranch theme and vary in size and set up, 
   some sleeping 2 to 3 people and others sleeping up to 6.
* Beds are twin size, queen size and bunk beds.
* Each room has it's own private bath.
* Meeting room with individual tables (6 or 8 ft) for large workspace.
* Amenities include a pool, hot tub, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts,
